Bagalicious!

Bags aren't only what we girls lug around our entire lives in, they're also an important part of our entire outfit. The wrong bag can unfortunately throw off the whole look sometimes so that's why when we find the right one, we have to get our hands on it before it's gone.

Of course, sometimes the bag is so expensive that all we can do is make torturous trips to the store to covet what we cannot have. Have you ever had that experience?

Ebay Spring Trend - Ebony and Ivory

Inspired by the black and white Blair Waldorf ensemble in the post below, today's Ebay Spring Trend is black and white. This is one of my favourite colour combinations and this spring, it comes in many forms and fashions.

How can you go wrong with black and white polka-dots? And that bombshell shape! There are seams in the front and back to really tailor it and flatter your curves.

It has a cute little Peter Pan collar and a slit in the back for ease of movement. There’s a metal zipper up the back in perfect working order. The fabric is really light, too, which makes it perfect for warm spring weather!

Adorable 1960's black and white mini mod dress! The dress has no tags, but it feels like it might be a polyester. There is a zipper up the back. The dress has a braided tie belt that can go around the waist or high waist. Really cute!

This auction is for a FUNKY pair of vintage gloves. They are made of white cotton with black plastic stripes. A guess at the size would be 6 1/2. REALLY FUN GLOVES. Good condition; no tears or splits in the plastic. The white does have some faint pink stains here and there and slight yellowing. Could use a good wash.

Very fun gloves, very 60s!!!

I'm not usually a fan of Gossip girl Blair Waldorf's wardrobe, I'm more a fan of Serena's outfits. However, while filming a scene for an upcoming episode, Blair (played by Leighton Meester) was spotted in this masculine meets feminine, black and white Ralph Lauren ensemble. This look is so chic and funky at the same time that it works.

Indie Designer Spotlight - 32lives

Nicole Richie came out to support her boyfriend Joel Madden at the opening party of his DCMA clothing store in West Hollywood on March 14. As many of you may know, Nicole recently gave birth to a baby daughter named Harlow. In honour of her little tot, Nicole wore black circular pendant with a white H in the middle.

ETSY seller 32lives is a jewelry designer who makes a variety of initial pendants, some similar to this one. She also makes necklaces, rings and magnets. All her work is fun, inexpensive and one-of-a-kind. Also, since she takes customized requests, they would be a great gift to anyone with a love of fashion.

The designer says:

“I didn't intend to open a shop on ETSY. I was a customer at first and became increasingly impressed and excited with all the different ways people recycled items and turned them into something unique and fun.

I had saved up lots of wine corks over the years, intending to make a giant cork board out of them and suddenly it hit me to use them as jewelry! It's totally therapeutic for me to make pendants, necklaces and rings in my spare time, which is why I don't charge very much. I never had any idea that it would catch on so quickly!”
